RJ “T-Rex” Laase stopped Tyler Ziolkowski in the second round earlier tonight in Superior, WI. Laase dropped Ziolkowski three times in the first round and a final time at the start of the second before referee Mark Nelson waived the fight off. Time of stoppage was :15 of the second round.
Joe Lorenzi had a successful comeback as he stopped Tom Greylak at 1:45 of the second round. Greylak came to fight and it was an entertaining bout while it lasted. Lorenzi found a home early for the straight left which rocked Greylak throughout.
Nick Compton outpunched Silas Ortley over four rounds. Back and forth action in this one with neither fighter having visited the floor. Ortley got the better of things on the ropes but Compton kept most of the action in the center of the ring countering Ortley. Final scores read 38-36, 38-36, and 37-37
Rob Brant destroyed Eli Smith landing hard rights until the stoppage came at 1:22 of the opening round.
Rondale Hubbert gave Justin Gauthier no room to breath as he was on top of him from the start. A right hand to the head set up a barrage of unanswered shots that left Gauthier in a corner where referee mark Nelson stopped the fight. The end came at :52 of round one.
